Camp, absurd, rock'n'roll. Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show has become a cornerstone of popular culture. Since debuting on the West End in 1973, Brad Majors and Janet Weiss have stumbled into the clutches of Dr Frank'n'Furter thousands of times, seeking help after running into tire trouble on the way to seeing their beloved college professor, Dr. Scott.
Its been performed in over 30 countries worldwide, on every continent, and has been translated into more than 20 languages, and now its celebrating its 40th anniversary with a year long tour around the UK, visiting Brighton, Manchester, Wolverhampton and more before finishing up at the Richmond Theatre in London. Starring as Frank'n'Furter now is Duncan James (Hollyoaks, Chicago), Joanne Clifton as Janet Weiss (Flashdance, Strictly Come Dancing) and James Darch as Brad Majors (Wicked, Mamma Mia).
