Show Biography

After an incredibly successful beginning on Broadway, ranking consistently as one of the top five best-selling shows, the 9-time Tony Award winning musical The Book of Mormon has made its way back to the UK for another marvellous season of shows.

From the creators of cult comedy South Park, Trey Parker, Matt Stone and songwriter Robert Lopez, The Book of Mormon tells the story of two Mormon missionaries as they attempt to bring the Church of Latter-day Saints to a remote Ugandan village. However, the villagers are less than interested in what the young men have to say, as they are more concerned with the disease, famine and warlords that are oppressing their village.

With KJ Hippensteel stars as Elder Price alongside Cody Jamison Strand as Elder Cunningham, both regulars on the broadway The Book of Mormon production, and Leanne Robinson starring as Nabulungi, the fantastic cast reinvigorate this raucously funny show in its return to the West End.

Filled with hilarious religious satire, this is a musical that absolutely cannot be missed, so make sure to book tickets soon!
