We Will Rock You
We Will Rock You
If you’re like us, you’re probably starting the year a little fragile from all the heavy partying, lavish spending and indulgent feasting. December takes us on such a high with Christmas and New Year’s Eve, that we’re often left feeling a bit low when it’s all over. But those January blues are just a state of mind, where Manchester’s programme of events gives us plenty to look forward to this month. With Chinese New Year, Burns Night and Manchester Beer and Cider Festival all on the agenda, January in Manchester is set to host some of the best events of the year.
If they all sound a little too heavy or you’ve got some strict resolutions to stick to, take a look at Manchester’s selection of theatre shows, gigs, exhibitions, or comedy shows. Or perhaps head to the cinema for a low-budget treat to see the first films debuting this year? Whatever your mood, or post-Christmas/New Year’s Eve state, find something to wash away your January blues.
Happy new year!
