The story follows a young foxfinder by the name of William Bloor as he arrives at Samuel and Judith Covey's farm to investigate a suspected fox infestation. With England in crisis, the fields flooded and the food scarce, the fear of the read beast has gripped the land and the Covey's harvest has failed to meet their target and the government wants to know why. Trained from childhood, William is fixated on his mission to unearth the animals that must be to blame for the Covey's woes, but as the hunt progresses, William find more questions than answers. Starring as the foxfinder William Bloor is Iwan Rheon, known for his roles in HBO's Game of Thrones as the crazed villain Ramsey Bolton, as well as the shy unlikely hero of Channel 4's Misfits, Simon Bellamy. Joining him on stage will be Poldark's Heida Reed, who portrays the tragic character of Elizabeth Warleggan in the hit BBC show as well as her roles in Silent Witness and One Day. Reed is no stranger to the theatre either, having previously starred in the 2011 revival of Top Girls at the Trafalgar Studios.
