About

Sharp and relatable, Scott Bennett is the sought-after Yorkshire comedian that first hit the scene in 2009. His charming and witty take on modern living made him instantly likeable, where he soon became one of the fastest rising stars stirring up the UK comedy circuit. After being crowned the Comedy Cellar New Act in 2011, and runner up English Comedian of the Year in 2014, Bennett is constantly in demand. Bennett’s popularity has lead him to perform at the renowned Big Value Comedy Showcase by Just The Tonic Comedy Club during the Edinburgh Fringe in 2013 and 2015. His debut show ‘About a Roy: Stories About Me Dad’ was well-received at the latter show, and was considered as one of the top ten shows of that Fringe. After impressing audiences with his northern-ness and humorous observations, Bennett has been performing at clubs around the country, such as The Comedy Store, Glee, Frog and Bucket and more. He has supported Michael McIntyre and Rob Brydon, and continues to perform on the Panelbeaters show presented by Jason Manford.
