British band Bury Tomorrow are out to prove that metalcore is very still relevant, first coming together in 2006 and releasing their first album ‘Portraits’ in 2009. Throughout 2010 the band were touring the world over, supporting the likes of Asking Alexandria, Of Mice and Men, and Sleeping Sirens. 2011 saw the band hard on their luck however, as their labels increasing pressure to move to the US pushed them cut ties, leaving them low on money with no one wanting to work with them.
Thankfully, their agent secured shows at festivals, and the overwhelmingly positive response from fans restored their confidence in the band. Since then the group have released three more albums: ‘The Union of Crowns’, ‘Runes’ and ‘Earthbound’, and were nominated as Kerrang!’s Best British Newcomer in 2014.
