After the incredible success of Round the World in 2017, Russell Howard has announced a brand new tour due to hit the road next year. Respite will see the record-breaking comedian visit at least 24 countries and 51 cities all around the world.
That includes nights at London’s Wembley Arena and performances in Mumbai, Cape Town, Hong Kong, Singapore, Berlin, LA, Sydney and more.
The UK leg of Russell Howard’s tour will see him visit some of the UK’s biggest arenas including the Manchester Arena, Metro Radio Arena, SSE Hydro, First Direct Arena and more.
Now one of the most successful comedians in the UK, Russell Howard began his career doing radio work for the BBC, going on to earn regular slots on popular panel shows like Mock the Week, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and 8 Out Of 10 Cats
Howard has since developed many of his own standing series including Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central, Russell Howard’s Good News and his current The Russell Howard Hour. He also landed his own Netflix special, with Recalibrate releasing on the service at the end of last year.
Respite is due to kick off in Newcastle September 19th 2019, with the full tour dates as follows:
