For all the One Direction fans out there, sadly the reunion will have to wait a little longer.
Young Irish member Niall Horan has revealed plans to keep working on music whilst on tour next year, having just released his debut album 'Flicker' in October.
In an interview with the Daily Star, Horan said: "I'd say over the course of the year I'll start writing. With jamming at sound checks and things like that, things always come up - little riffs and bits and pieces".
He also spoke of potentially collaborating with Julia Michaels, a songwriter for the likes of Demi Lovato and Fifth Harmony will be on tour with him and 'Flicker': "She's one of the best songwriters on the planet so I'll be looking to sit down and write with her".
Meanwhile, Niall Horan will begin his tour in March of next year starting off in Killarney and Dublin before going on to The SSE Arena Belfast, Manchester, Glasgow, London, Cardiff, Bournemouth and Brighton. Find & compare all tickets for Niall Horan below to get the cheapest prices available.
