The former Oasis songwriter and current frontman of Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds will appear at the north Manchester park on Friday 7 June 2019 on the eve of the city's Parklife festival.
Gallagher - who will play his first gig at the 600-acre park since Oasis' headline show there in 2009 - will be supported by Cheshire pop-rockers Doves, back after nine years out, and American rockers White Denim.
Tickets for Gallagher's hometown show go on sale this Friday 7 December at 10am GMT. You can pick up a ticket below as soon as they go on sale.
Gallagher is one of Manchester's most famous musical sons after he came to worldwide fame as the main songwriter of Manchester rock band Oasis.
Oasis released seven full-length albums during their eighteen years together, all of which reached No. 1 in the UK Albums Chart, before they broke up in 2009.
Gallagher was the main man behind almost of the band's 25 UK Top 10 hits including 'Cigarettes & Alcohol', 'Live Forever', 'Wonderwall', 'Lyla' and 'The Importance of Being Idle'.
After Oasis' acrimonious break-up, Gallagher embarked upon a solo career, releasing his first album under the name Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds in 2011.
Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds have since gone on to release two more albums, 2015's Chasing Yesterday and 2017's Who Built The Moon? with all three also reaching No. 1 in the UK Albums Chart.
Don't miss out on your chance to watch one of the UK's most beloved musicians perform in what is sure to be an absolutely raucous hometown show.
