General FAQs

Is TickX a ticket seller?

We do not sell tickets for events, instead, we list over 100 of our partnered ticket sellers. At purchase, you will be connected with the corresponding ticket seller who will then fulfil the order.

Where does TickX get its listings from?

We showcase events from our partnered ticket sellers. We work with big sellers you know, like Ticketmaster, and the smaller ones you might not, meaning you can enjoy unforgettable experiences at the best price.

Where are my tickets/ confirmation email?

TickX does not sell tickets directly, therefore we cannot your issue your confirmation or the physical ticket.
The best way to find out the status of your tickets is to contact the seller directly, you can find a full list of contact information for our ticket sellers here.
If you are unsure of your ticket seller, please contact us at hello@tickx.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I add an event to TickX?

If you want your events to appear on TickX, fill out our event submission form so we can get things started. We look forward to hearing from you!

TickX is free to use, but how do you make money?

When you find the tickets you want and go to buy them, you’ll be connected to that ticket seller.
Then, that ticket seller will pay us a small fee for helping you find them. Don’t worry, we make sure that won’t affect how much you pay.

What are the advantages of using TickX?

It’s a simple, hassle-free way to search for the best tickets. Don’t worry about having to open a hundred tabs, with TickX you can compare all the options in one place and easily find the cheapest prices. That goes for music, theatre, comedy, sport, cinema and more.

Do you have an app?

The TickX app is available on both Google Play and the App Store so you can discover events, search for tickets and get alerts about your favourite artists while you’re on the go.
